Preparations for the summer are underway and we would like to give you a brief update on the following points:
MEMBERS MEETING MAY 20TH
We would like to invite you to the general meeting on May 20th from 7pm.
Enclosed you will find the invitation and a preliminary agenda. The final agenda will follow two weeks before the meeting.
HALL DISMANTLING
On Saturday, April 9th, 2021, from 8 a.m. we will dismantle our hall.
To have an estimate in advance of how many of you will have time to support us, please feel free to sign up in advance via Eversports.
There will be lists on site where you have to sign in your presence. As you all know, every year every member over the age of 14 has to work (or pay) 5 hours. Hall dismantling is the perfect opportunity to shed work hours.
OPENING OF THE OUTDOOR COURTS
We are currently unable to give you a specific date for the opening of the outdoor courts. It is expected that the courts will not open until Easter.
As soon as we can say more, you will receive a separate information.
